My Uncle Buck

My maternal grandparents had three children. My mother was the eldest. Next came Laurence "Buck" Clark, her kid brother. Like me later Buck was restless and dropped out of high school early, in his case to take flying lessons. With England at war in 1940 he decided that he could get in a lot of flying experience by joining the Royal Canadian Air Force, so that's what he did.
